Custom, Targeted E-mail letter
In our experience, the letter brings best results if it is benefit-oriented and looks like a letter, preferably including multiple links from several benefit/product mentions, instead of just one link. (You may provide test seed addresses if you wish to preview mailings.)

• Each letter mails out in 3 versions, tailored to what recipients can receive; html, text and AOL (a non-graphic html version).
• The Html should be standard html code with paragraph tags and with HTML anchor links for URL strings. No special windows characters, java or Flash.
• Line length should ideally be less than 255 characters.
• The text versions cannot contain any graphic information. Each line is 65 characters max. Here, the url strings must be visible and start with "http://"..
• Deadline: Five (5) Biz days before scheduled mailing.

Bi-monthly newsletter ad

• Position: Top of newsletter, multiple advertisers get first come top placement.
• HTML & AOL* version
  • One Title Line
  • Ad Content Text 25 to 30 words
  • URL: title will be a link, and a "Click here" link at the end of the ad.
  • Image, (logo, company name, etc.) 200x40 pixels, static.
    *AOL version cannot contain any graphics.
• Text version
  • One Title Line
  • Ad Content Text 25 to 30 words
  • One line for URL
• Deadline for text & links: The Wednesday before our scheduled 2nd & 4th Tuesday mailings.

Leaderboard ad (728x90)

• Position: Top of page
• File size/type: Animated gif, 50k max
• Looping Restrictions: none
• Deadline: Two (2) Biz days before campaign start

Skyscraper ad (160x600)

• Position: Above the fold, right side of page
• File size/type: Animated gif, 24k max
• Looping Restrictions: none
• Deadline: Two (2) Biz days before campaign start

Content Banner ad (200x110)

• Position: Above the fold, right side of page
• File size/type: Animated gif, 24k max
• Looping Restrictions: none
• Deadline: Two (2) Biz days before campaign start
