"Here at Idea Cafe, we believe in helping deserving entrepreneurs who might need that one big break to start realizing their potential. That's why I created Idea Cafe's Small Business Grants Program." -- Francie Ward, Idea Cafe CEO
This grant, The Ray Ward Creative Spirit Grant, is dedicated to the memory of my late husband, Ray Ward, who was fearlessly creative. His motto was: "To live a creative life, we must lose our fear of being wrong."
Ray was a nationally known designer, acknowledged as the master artist of sports history. His work was commissioned by major league clubs, including the Boston Red Sox, New York Rangers, Chicago Bulls and San Francisco Giants, plus many others. Ray approached everything -- from his art to deck building to dancing -- with a unique way of seeing and inimitable style.
For this grant, in honor of Ray, your own creative approach will give you an edge.
To see some of Ray's work and how he did it, view www.RayWard-Art.com Grant Dollars: The grant amount is $1,000 to one winner.
