You can do a search on line for sterling silver wholesale jewerly. I know there is one company out there but I can't remember their name right now -- but if you do a search, you'll find them right away.

About costume jewelry...I'm not really sure. You may to just get local newspapers and start going to estate sales. That's usually a really great place to find some great deals on pieces that are, more likely than not, going to be unique.
