I want to start a cleaning business that does both residential and commercial, and a business that does garage, estate, construction cleanouts.. I live in a very Poor area of the united states. how do I market these businesses, how do I advertise? and how do i make bids.. and how do i get the word around that I offer these services..

I need bonded and insured
cleaning tools
and a computer and printer

I see many articles on this site for cleaning business. but they dont go in depth about advertising, or bidding on cleaning jobs,or clean outs.. is there websites, and the best information on running a successful cleaning business?
