I want to start a cleaning business that does both residential and commercial, and a business that does garage, estate, construction cleanouts.. I live in a very Poor area of the united states. how do I market these businesses, how do I advertise? and how do i make bids.. and how do i get the word around that I offer these services..

I need bonded and insured
cleaning tools
and a computer and printer
