Hi, this is the first post here on biz cafe! What a great site! I have always liked Liquido Azul. Means blue liquid. My dream was to own a martini bar one day but it has come to a bake ware retail shop with a wedding cake and coffee shop. With time I will weed out the least profitable or least liked of the 3 when the time is right.

What do you think of the name? Is it catchy enough or should I tone it down more for the bakery stuff? Bake and More? I am so lost on the name part

I like it for the martini bar, but I don't think it is direct enough for the bakery. I wouldn't know what it was if I passed it by. Just my 2 cents!

I don't like the first one or kneading dough. The later sounds like you Need money.

and it will be so easy for people to Google it wrong. Or look it up using N vs. K.

If you like the Azul part, keep it in the new name. The Azul Cafe. Alas not perfect.
