I don't like the first one or kneading dough. The later sounds like you Need money.
and it will be so easy for people to Google it wrong. Or look it up using N vs. K.
If you like the Azul part, keep it in the new name. The Azul Cafe. Alas not perfect.
Write down all the words that come with what you're looking to do, and see what you come up with.
