My job has just closed and I have been in the foodservice business for more than 25yrs and have no desire to work for another company unless it's my own business. I have the talent as a cook and have experience as a manager. I have been thinking about a Personal Chef business which I could operate from home. Also, Home Cooking delivery service,but my desire would be to own a Foodtruck which is more expensive and there has been only one license granted in Atlanta. I know that each service is needed. My question to you all is this,Which do you think will have the best success and why?
