Hi everyone

My idea is to open up a upscale bar/nightclub in my campustown.

Currently my campus town is filled with low scale bars/pubs that lack proper service and class. 19+ over to get in and gets in trouble with the cops all the time. They either have tiny dance floor or lacks dance floor. Students go there in hoodies and running shoes

My idea is to open up bar 21+ only, big dance floor, classy attire,

Would it be a good idea?

You need to see what people enjoy doing friday and saturday nights and secondly if you are saying upscale what do you plan to charge for the cover cost and how much you plan to charge on drinks etc. The area depends a lot on that price.
