Are you working with your local SBDC counselors(Small Business Development Center)? Either they, or the folks at SCORE would be able to help you with the details of your business needs.

I was just looking into a phone, as you mentioned, a week or so ago for my father. He is hard of hearing so he can never hear what is being said... and he gets confused with all of the buttons. If you are marketing your phone to seniors, then I would suggest having a higher than normal volume and get rid of the FM radio and MP3 players. Or, offer two types. My father could no more figure out how to play an MP3 than perform brain surgery. And, many other seniors are probably in a similar boat.
I know that for him, at least, the simpler the better. Less buttons, less functions. He needs to answer the phone and hang it up. And... have an easy to get to phone list. That's it.
Just a suggestion. Maybe you can have a phone for "barely seniors" and one for "Very seniors".
