Hello Everyone,
I'm currently researching what it would take to start my own Property Management business which would focus on Home Owners Associations. Does anyone have any experience in this area? My skillset is Project Management, Accounting and Leadership.

My business would be in Michigan and would focus on HOA's for subdivisions. I'm still in the process of gathering info for my business plan.

Any input you have would be great!

What a great business idea.

Ann I don't have any experience in this area and I would assume that most people on this type of board will not either. What about asking that question on some of the real estate forums online? Do a search and find a few and ask that question there. I would think that more people on those boards would know.
