I am thinking of opening a consignment shop and I have been trying to find info about the behind the scene ( so to speak) I have found a few books that I think would be helpful, but I would like to find free info before I purchase any books or material relating to this. At this stage I am just thinking about doing it, I would like general info about what types of insurances I would need, would it be best to consign or just buy, how to keep up with all of it, the best software to use for this. I know that there are others out there that have started out, let me know the behind the scene stuff, the pitfalls to avoid, just any general info that you would share with me,
