About

The Community Outreach Training Center is a module dedicated to high school dropouts, undereducated, under-skilled, unemployed, dislocated, and displaced workers. The need for effective computer training and continued education, and GED preparation cannot be overstated. This organization is "not for profit" and desires to be a valuable resource in the communities they serve. All employees are volunteers and thoroughly enjoy helping others.
