"Selling my new product"

Need everyone?s help!

I?ve developed my product ? a one of a kind golf accessory. Now how do I sell it?

How do I go about getting it into stores? How do I structure the pricing? I?m lost here on the marketing piece. Any help would be great!

(I have the e-commerce side take care of)

Thanks!!!

Go to the golf courses. Go to the Pro shop, these are pretty well all independant owners. Thay can make the deals with you.
God Luck.
Cheers,

If the product is not very expensive... then give some of them away at a few golf courses. If possible, have your website printed on the item. If it is really good, the golfers who are using it will get more (depending on how long it lasts) and they will also tell others, who will then go and get some. Word of mouth from their golf buddies will be much better than seeing them on a shelf.

When I started doing my murals, I gave them away for free. They told their friends and the word started getting out. Then, I started raising my prices the better the murals got and now I get thousands per mural... and they are worth it.

I would also suggest listening to the feedback that you get. In fact, maybe tell the golfers that you will give them one of your "widgets" if they will go to your site or call you with feedback. Then, if they give you a good idea, them make the change. If you aren't so sure about the idea that one of them gives you... wait. Then, if you start to get more of the same suggestions... then make that change too.

Good luck...

Jeff
