Im a 23yr old female residing in Dubai. I am an employee in an established org. Due to low pay and increasing cost of living am lookig out for new venture as side-by-side.

I would like to start a low-budget business asap.

My interets lies in fashion accessories/ costume jewellery, kids clothing/ party wears, home decors/accessories & improvement or any low investment field.

I seek your kind advice on how to go about it or how to start off.
The business should hav a unique concept so as to make it for the customers more pleasing and inviting.

Also I shall appreciate if you let me know if anyone is interested in starting a franchise in Dubai (if you hav a business in any of the areas mentioned above)

I can think of one idea that you could start from home etc and on a low budget, i don't know if you have thought of it , but what about making some jewellery yourself beaded necklace's and that kind of thing and when you have a range put together etc ,invite friends round to your house and show them in a partyplan style evening.

Another way would be to take them to a specialist retailer and ask them if they will give you some trial space within their shop.

You could contact a kids clothing wholesaler and do the same thing,partyplan can be good fun and a low cost business to run as you will not have to rent a shop or anything!

Start by going to tradeshows - these will get your creative juices flowing. You probably already know of something you can do or a problem you can solve. That's how business ideas start

Create a name for your business and register for trade shows in your area - the online registration info will indicate what you need to register. Order a few business cards and you're off.
