I am looking to build a team of professionals in two key areas.

I have an Idea, a vision, and I am determined to succed. I am not looking for captial investors, I'm looking for professionals willing to invest sweat capital. These professionals will become partners and share equally in all profits.

The interested professionals should possess a strong set of moral values and ethical principles, a sense of purpose, integerity, precision in what they do, a strong self-discipline, a passion for what they do and an over-acheiving work ethic.

I am specifically looking for professionals with:

Programming/Software Engineering proficiency
Banking or Financing experience (both commercial and private)

The Idea I have in mind could be the next google, ebay, or amazon, and that's not just hype. The streams of revenue that could be generated are many and many other little golden apples could fall from this tree.

It has extreme potentional to capture a HUGE market from a multi-billion dollar industry who is still not caught up with technology.

This idea must come to fruition with precision.
