"LLC in another state??"


          

I am starting a web hosting business which will be based in Illinois. I would like to form an LLC in Nebraska due to the lower cost of forming the LLC and yearly fees. Does anyone know what pitfalls this may cause? I know I will be taxed in Illinois but what about Nebraska?

Also, if I have clients in other states who use my service do I have to register as a foreign LLC in each state?
