I'm looking for questions and procedure for prescreening local businesses for our referral list. I have been in the building trades for the past twenty-five years and I have seen it all when it comes to misleading consumers with product and services or even charges...

I'm mot sure where to draw the line in screening businesses? And any advice would be greatly apprecited.
