I've been engaged in precious metals the last few years and I am confident I can make money now. I can recover and refine gold at nearly dirt cheap operationg costs for the purpose of resale bullion.
*even bother forging a company, or keep uncle sam in the dark and just pay taxes?
*Should I operate as a dba, sole proprieter, LLC, what?

Im writing to you again concerning your post on the precious metals... Havent gotten a response from you as yet.
I have experience in the sort of thing you are wanting to do, and like you, have many ideas.... I've been self employed for many years in many different business' including retail, restaurant, service oriented, currently own a fairly profitable Heating and Air Conditioning company and a Child Care center that is bursting at the seams with 149 children.... However because my family was in involved in the business you are talking about since 1973 and since it has gone by the wayside since the death of the person who started it, I would love to get into the business again... I certainly have the business and legal experience ready to go if you would like to parner up.
