"Career/Job Board: How do i charge employers???"

Hi I'm in the middle of writing my business plan for my online start-up but I don't know how much I should charge for my services. It will be a job board (i.e. Careerbuilder, Indeed.com) and so far I have found that some job boards charge $20 and others as much as $750 per month to employers to list jobs to their board. I'm thinking $99-125 is a safe start. Please help!! Thanks

Brian

What you charge will be dependant upon what type of services you will be offering. If you're trying to compete against CareerBuilder and Monster type sites you will need a major database driven website. They offer many, many services and options.

If all you are going to do is have employers post job openings then you can't justify the higher prices.
