Hi all, I'm writing today to ask some advice on opening up a coffee cart. I want to open up a coffee joint eventually but I though for my first go around I'd give it a whirl with a cart first. I'm going on 30 and I want to be my own boss. I have tons of customer service experience and feel I have a broad idea of what people like and don't. So any one here every start a business with just a cart on the street? Or going to conventions? and if so is it profitable? I have a year so far in the coffee business and i really enjoy it. Please help with any advice. Thanks
