"Help please! I want a business website but I don't know where to start"

Hello everyone!

I want to build an inexpensive, relatively simple but nice looking business website but don't know where to start. I really don't have any HTML knowledge so I'm looking for recommendations on websites that can help me do this.

All help is greatly appreciated.

First of all you sound like you need the services of a professional website company. Alot of people say that you can build your own website and get great results. Anybody can build a website but not everybody can build a website that attracts customers and makes them want to use your service. Learning about web design takes alot of time to learn and also to build if you want it done right. And web design programs can be hard to learn, expensive and doesnt mean you will know anything about how to build the best kind of website.

Alot of people might disagree with what im saying, which is perfectly fine. But a true professional will know how to do the best job on your site. Would you hire a plumber to do surgery on you? Or would you hire a surgeon to do plumbing? Also another myth that you will hear is that website development is extremely expensive. I recently talked to a client who was surprised to get a quote from me for a website alot cheaper than the competition.

My company is legally registered to provide web services in NY State. Also we provide fast and honest service along with a legal contract to protect you and provide peace of mind.

I will look over your site, tell you whats wrong, fix it, help you with affordable and reliable hosting and guarantee you a quality job that you can look over before having to pay for it.

You can contact us at contactbizenez@bizenez.com
And dont be afraid to send us a message asking any question you may have. Even if you don't pay for any of our services we will offer answers to your questions free of charge. You can see our portfolio at www.bizenez.com

Elance.com is a good source to check out. It doesn't cost you anything to post your project, and you should get some very competitive bids.

If you're going to update your content frequently (as in daily or a few times per week), you might want to learn the very basics in order to make changes to your site once it's built.

An easy and inexpensive web designer's website at CyberWriteSite, domain names are $5 and web hosting is $45. There are templates available so that you don't have to know html. Or you could use an FTP server to upload your website content. CyberWriteSite is at http://sitefwd.com/LX.

If you want to learn HTML than there are plenty of web sites that have tutorials to help you learn. There are many hosting companies that also have website builders as part of their plans.

Elance can work out for you, many developers on elance are not located with in the U.S and there sometimes are language barriers. I know this because I picked up a mess from someone who hired a designer outside the U.S. Their are talented individuals, it is just hard to judge.

Another important factor to consider is weather or not they will be there in 6 months. When starting out it was a source for work, as was for many, as I grew with experience so did my client list, and have left the that community behind. Get references and they SHOULD have their own website.

If you want a professional web site I would contact a web designer. Although the site builders can help you make a website, some of them are not easy to use, and do require some investment of your time to learn how to work with their system.

The first thing to do is identify your budget, then identify what you want to accomplish with your website (be very detailed). Armed with this information you can begin to collect price quotes from design companies. Quality & customer service is the most important factor when choosing any technology firm. Cheaper is not always better, and neither is the most expensive.

Look at their portfolio as a reflection of their eye for design and skill in programming, ask about their availability when you want something changed or edited, and about costs and what is covered.

Most professional designers will start out charging around $500 for a simple website, as you add features your price will increase as a result of the time required to develop your site.

I'm not sure if you are still lookin for site but right now I am offering discounts on websites. The reason why I'm doing this is because I have been busy making templates lately from scratch and it would take no time at all to modify some for your needs. Don't misunderstand, these are not cheap cookie cutter templates. I can offer a great 5 page simple website for only $199. Also I am offering a few new services to websites or any type of business that wants to be online. A new year is starting and its time to get a head start. I'm offering the service of creating banners whether they are rotating or not to businesses. They will be created for you, advertised on high traffic sites such as newsweek or businessweek and the traffic stats will be provided to you daily. I will also be providing website consulting, ecommerce consulting and website fix-up. What I mean by website fix up is that if you have a website already and you want better graphics, or javascript or PHP added I will add this to you without having to build you a new website from scratch. This not only makes your site look like a whole new site but also will save you about 80% on website costs. I can provide this service with banner advertising saving you even more money. I can provide a great package deal which includes, new or current website consulting, new website design or website fix-up, website maintainence, banner creation, banner placement on high traffic websites and traffic analysis for a great price.
These services have not yet been added to my website yet so right now is the time to get all these services real cheap. Alot of business people are very interested in these services and once they are added to my site the prices may increase due to demand.
Check out some of my past sample work on my site at www.bizenez.com or email me at contactbizenez@bizenez.com
Sincerely
Andy President
