I would appreciate business ideas involving my 2 classic boats:

I own two classic 51ft boats, both monohulls:
Number One fully equipped to live on it, 2 big diesel engines, full kitchen, bathroom, sleeping area, etc.
Number Two a restauration project, maritime heritage so to say. Maybe something like a "life woodworking workshop" until finished.

Ideas to generate income with one of the boats (without selling it) would be great.
There are already lots of boats offering fishing tours, which are much more suitable for the purpose of fishing (they are built for it), so something different would be great. To consider is also the location here - the UK's southcoast, so it's not the Med or Caribbean or Florida.

Did you say the second one is going to be a boat restaurant? That sounds pretty neat to me. You could market it as a romantic water dinner for couples.

Was at the beach recently. Seated on the water for dinner, a large, very nicely decorated boat came by with a wedding party aboard, and another following. They were headed out for a sunset wedding on the water. With your skills of woodworking, I would think you could outfit the first boat with appropriate woodwork, flooring etc. to make it present as the perfect setting for wedding vows or as mentioned, a special occasion. I would think maybe working in conjunction with a wedding planner / consultant or the like would help to give you some great ideas for accesories and decorating. The boat we saw had shiny brass, meticulously clean woodwork and a small crew dressed to the hilt in white "captain's" uniform. Looked like the perfect setting for that perfect moment.
