If there is a market for the service, then you should start the business. I don't think it matters too much whether it would be considered luxury. The real question is: is there a market? Have you done any market research?

Any suggestions to a newbie on market research? Oh yea, will try and get other companies similar to my concept to talk to me--folks from the opposite end of the country so not threatening by potential competition. Thanks for the response.
