I like your concept. As you well know, often the most difficult part of starting, operating or expanding a business is managing the disciplines outside of the core of the business and the expertise of the operator. I agree that entrepreneurs need more than just general advice and a cheering section; they need specific professional guidance, contacts and methods to achieve their objectives. Sometimes they just need a little honest guidance to protect them from mistakes and the unscrupulous. I see on this board you are generous with your advice.

If you ever have the need, I can provide real world guidance regarding small public offerings and the ?going public? process. For small companies it is often easier and less expensive than most may think. Sometimes good ?going public? strategies are abandoned because it seems too complicated and overwhelming. On the other hand, sometimes the end result can be a disaster if you don?t fully understand the ramifications of structure and the process.
