"Writing Terms of Use - Pls Help"


          

Hello,

I have a business that I want to start online, and I have a question that may be obvious to others, but unfortunately not to me. What type of lawyer do I use to write the "Terms Of Use" for my site, or do I write them myself?

Secondly, if I write them myself is there a guide out there someone can point me in the direction to it?
