Hello. My husband and I are intersted in opening a some type of food truck or a biz on the beach. I'd like to chat with anyone who has this type of biz. How do you like it? How long have you owned it? Pros/Cons? Thank You.

You know what I've always thought would be a good idea for a food van?

Where I used to leave there were several new suburbs popping up, however because the entire area was all still quite new, there weren't very many food shops close by. I always thought you could make a tidy little profit if you go around to new building sites with a food van. The workers would surely appreciate having a van that comes to them with hot chips, cold drinks and the like, rather than having to bring packed lunches or go for a drive on their lunch breaks to the nearest shops.
I know that doesn't help your question much but I thought I would just through this idea out there as well.
