"How do your form a simple "Term of Service?"


          

Greetings,

I have opened a web site to sell my poetry book which is starting to do fairly well.

But, now because others want to sell it to help their groups raise funds I have a slight problem

AlertPay and other purchase services like PayPal want me to have a
"Term of Service" statement.

Heck I am a Poet, can some one please help me with this?

I would suggest contacting a lawyer for this kind of thing. Maybe there is one on here that can help you out?
