When I think of NY, I think of cabs...

Yellow Cab Pizza Co.
(they could put a lighted box on the top of their delivery trucks like the cabs have, but instead of the cab number, it could read "HOT" or "ON THE WAY")

or

Lady Liberty Pizza
(can you picture a logo with the statue holding a pizza overhead?)

If you're outiside of NYC, nobody calls it pie. So, keep it simple:

Pizza Pie!
Pizza Pie People!
Pizza Pie Filling

Or, as you said in your subject heading, simply

NYC Style Pie
City Style Pie

Using he word "pie" in most locales is creative enough.
