Hello everyone. I am trying to find a name for clothing label.I am going to be designing clothes for the fashion conscious woman from African fabric. Can anybody think of any names that would be appropriate? I thought of calling it Ntama clothing. Ntama means fabric in one of the West African languages. Please give me some feedback or ideas. Anything is welcome.

Hello
Thank you for your response. I bought the Twi/English dictionary the other day to see if there were names in there which I liked. I chose another word: Anikan pronounced as Enika. This means alive or live. Although I will call it Enika designs. What do you think? I need as much feedback as possible as I want it to be a name that people remember. Re: The Adinkra symbols, brilliant idea but many people use that name for a host of things so I thought I'd stay away from it. But I won't rule it out as I may find something suitable from there. Thank you once again.

I like Enika. I can totally see a really cool logo with that and its brandable into other areas if you choose to expand into designs other than clothing.
