This business will not subcontract service men. the company will consist of call takers, sales, and qualified servicemen. This business is designed to save people from unexpected plumbing cost and feel confident that a qualified service person is going to take care of their problem. The A/C guys are doing this, offering contract service, so you could call a few of them in your area to see how they do it. For local service, I would think the yellow pages would be a very good investment.
