I am going to be opening up a gift shop and I am going to have alot of the soy vegetable clean burning candles and some of the designer jewelry - the affordable kind of jewelry. What I need to know is when you go into a gift shop what kinds of things would you like to see when you go into a gift shop. What kind of things interest you ! Please help me out. Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I personally like candles, oil burners,and anything that will make my home smell nice. What I like the most though are really unique items. Those things that are not "typical" gift shop items. I know that this is really vague, but when I buy gifts I like the person to say "Where did you find this" or "I have never seen anything like this" This makes the reciever feel really special, and makes the giver a customer for life (in my opinion).
