With all the new business websites going up, and the move to 'do it yourself' with WYSIWYG development tools, I think that there may be a need for a low cost website user testing service. Lots of people busid sites but don't have all of the elements in place to really engage the visitors. We've standardized a set of testing questions to ask/answer as we test (all human, no automation for these tests), that I think will help small businesses translate visitors to buyers/clients.

I've pulled together the basics on our own website, added minimal SEO, but haven't really started marketing yet. We've done several sample projects, but no paid ones yet.
