Very few new, start-ups or small business can afford the
costly mistake of hiring an unscrupulous vendor or one that is
not qualified or equip to complete the job to the business
owner's satisfaction. The old saying is "Necessity is the
mother of invention"  thus when I was faced with this

4.  Does this vendor require per-employment background
screening or
    any type of drug testing.
5.  Civil and criminal  record.
6.  If this business is required to pass a regular
inspection,when was
    the last one held and what the results are.
7.  Professional organizations the vendor is a member.
