Recently I changed the focus of my business from private investigation to consumer reporting agency focusing on renter and vendor screening. By vendor screening I mean something like Angie's List except I do a complete research of the company or contractor to get facts not references. Any idea how best to market this? Who to target? Cheep-on a shoe string budget now. Thanks
