Much appreciated for any feedback.

I am wanting to start up a juice/smoothie truck which allows my target market to be wide. Juices will be made with fresh veges and fruits daily

can anyone think of any restrictions or things I will need to look out for starting this business up? I live in a small town a majority of places I will park at and be able to serve customers.

Hi there

I must admit i'm no expert on mobile businesses of that nature, however a parking permit for a business like that may be necessary. I'm not sure but I think you may need a food inspector to check it out, i'm not 100% but I am always seeing food safety certificates in burger vans etc.
Are you going for organic veggies out of interest? Could be a USP for you there!
