I have the opportunity to open a restaurant or share a restaurant. I think it's good to spring board me into opening my own restaurant. My idea to keep hers and mine different is: 2 restaurants in 1 location (concept) because I'll serve lunch and dinner Only and she'll serve breakfast only...Do you agree? I'm seeking any feedback regarding this idea.
