I have two ideas that I need feedback on.
The first idea is a nail bar which combines of course a nail salon and a bar. It would be a place where women could go and distress for the day. It would also feature basic mani/pedi which i feel a majority of spa have gotten away from. In additon, each station would be equipped with ipads instead of magazines and the bar would be the drying station.
The second idea is a tailgating service, where I would provide tailgating supplies for tailgaters. I am finding that I might run into a bit of a difficulty because of college and city regulations when it comes to tailgating.

Please give me feedback on these two ideas.

As a woman, I like the idea of the nail bar! There is a salon in my town that offers wine with your mani/pedi and that always sounds so nice. Of course, you want to make sure you advertise that they are going to "de-stress", not "distress".

Wendy. Seems like you will have to deal with either obtaining a liquor license, or license to sell food. I would check in your state to see what the costs of either of these would be . I also see the need for a lot of equipment for each of your ideas...I would make a list for each idea to see what would be needed and what the cost would be.... The answers to These 2 thoughts would make me be able to choose!!

well, if your bar goes up. you should call it,:THE NAIL SALOON::-) I also have a bar idea. maybe we should chop it up sometime?
