Interested in starting a business where myself and my team would cook food for people's events ranging from graduation party to superbowl parties. However, we wouldn't provide set up or bring any other supplies only dropping off the food.

I don't think it would be a Caterer so not sure what to call it and also does it seem like a viable idea?

I think your idea could work for casual events like you mentioned. But for more formal events the clients would want the full service regardless of cost.

It would also be more cost effective for you as the owner. You wouldn't really need a team if you do the cooking and the dropping off. If you're setting up, serving or cleaning why would you need a team?
