I am starting a small unique tee shirt printing company and I am using a lot of capital of my own (of course) to start with the infrastructure.
I have a web domain, logo, and stock purchased and I was wondering if anyone know any cost effective means of printing shirts with only two employees... DTG, Screen Printing (which I am doing) and some others are actually possible... and I don't want to outsource... I want to actually create jobs in my area...
I know complicated right..? any help would be awesome!

um i use to work for a record label that branched out into having its own clothing label. the CEO of the company might be able to give you a few pointers.

Hi, I don't have a lot of experience in T-Shirt printing, but we have a few customers who do. Have you tried dye-sublimation? I think you can get a decent printer for pretty cheap. I think the cost per print is lower for large runs of silk screening though. My understanding is that you can dye-sublimate for less on small runs. I could be wrong though.
