So here is my dilemma. I am planning to start a retail business in about a year. This would be a retail business selling motorcycle gear/clothing, and possibly other trendy clothes. It would be new clothing in addition to selling some of the motorcycle clothing on consignment. There are two possible locations. One is in the city I live in which has about 1 million population and the shop would be in a shopping center. The other location would be in a small scenic town 25 miles away (population 5,000), but which is a weekend destination for bikers and other tourists. Bikers everywhere every weekend.

Which of these two locations do you think is the best one?
