I was wondering if anybody had any advice on opening a restraunt that uses primaraly heathy cooking methods and uses local grown meats(we have a place near by that raises/sells bison and elk) and vegtables. Everyone that I've talked to so far thinks that it would be a wonderful addition to the local restraunt scene(admittedly alot of those poeple are on diet ), but nobody has and advice to give on how to go about it. So anyone want to help a girl out?

I think your idea is awesome, since so many people are not only diets to lose weight, but many need healthier fast food choices because of health issue such as diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
