There are already several companies selecting and delivering groceries direct to homes. The average prices are $4.95 to $9.95

Hello,

We are a team of business students from Bryant University in Rhode Island and we have some advice to offer you. We feel that it could be beneficial for you to look at the industry overview of this particular service and find out what some of your competitors, like Stop & Shop?s Peapod, are charging their costumers and then price accordingly. For instance, Stop & Shop charges a minimum of $60 to use their service. This could be a potential competitive advantage for you if you charged a little less to entice people to use your services over Stop & Shop. In addition, you should focus on your transportation expenses and the potential commission you plan to charge and then add these to your base price. Lastly, in terms of advertising, it might be beneficial to place ads in local newspapers and publications and figure out what your particular target market is most likely to read this way you can maximize your exposure.

Good luck with everything, and hope this helps!
