I have the opportunity to deliver meals to a large group of customers on a daily basis. This group of people park and one spot and are bussed to pick up their uniforms. My thinking is to have them pre-order and pay while on the bus by PDA. Then I would deliver to a couple of set locations throughout the day.
This is a large theme park and the staff only has 30 minutes to eat. We currently are seeing as much traffic as I would like in the dining areas due to the time constraints.
My goal is to improve speed of service, offer a better product then they are currently bringing from home at an affordable price.
Any thoughts about any road blocks and/or ways to get this off the ground? I figure I would need a golf cart, a PDA on the bus for ordering, any thing else besides the food product (which we have)?

Can you talk a bit more about the ordering? Are they the ones with the PDA or do you have a PDA? How are you guaranteeing that these people have PDAs? Are you going to take orders in the morning or the day before? Where are they going to get your menus?
How are you going tell them about you? What's your marketing plan?
