"Opening New Location and Clients don't want to move"


          

I have operated my business out of my home for 5 years. I am opening up a commercial location in a few weeks which I have been working on for almost 2 years. My clients are all asking me if they will have to go to the new location. I am afraid if I don't keep my house location open my clients will leave. It is only about a 12 minute drive down the street. How can I motivate them to embrace the new location?
