Always take words you like the sound of or words that you think highlight what you are trying to achieve, then grab a thesaurus and see if you can come up with similar words that may be a little catchier. Or look those words up in other languages.

For example, if you wanted a business name that showed you are number 1, instead of calling yourself "Number One Nursing Services", or '1st Choice Nursing Services", you could use the Italian word for 1st and have something like "Primo Home Nursing Services".

Having said that, I do tend to agree with BizReasearcher. Affinity Nursing Services sounds catchy, and you can always put the word 'home' in there:

Affintity Home Nursing Services

I like "Tender Heart Home Nursing Care".
