Hi everyone. I live in NY and have found out that in my County, the law is that NO ONE can sell ANY baked goods from home. I have a great cake that I would love to sell. Everyone that tries it, loves it!! I have looked into renting a commercial kitchen, but there are none in my area, and even if there were, I could never afford to pay the price. Are there ANY other options left for me?? Does anyone have any suggestions?? Would really appreciate!!! LadyLexi

If you decide to go the Co-manufacturing route where you hire someone to bake the goods for you, let me know and I'll chime in with more info on that, then.
Start with your church. You only need a registered commercial kitchen, as pointed out by BizResearcher, a church kitchen, restaurant or caterer is your first line of action.
If that fells, check your local business development center you may find an incubator kitchen set up just for companies such as yours.
Also look up "Incubator Kitchen" in the local yellow pages. You may be surprised to find one very close to you.
