"Sitting Business Help"

I am still in the starting phase of my business. Sitting Connections is a sitting referral agency. I recruit, and screen people to sit (children, pets, house sitting). Families register with me (pay an annual fee of $35). They call or email me when they need a sitter and I contact one of the screened sitters in my database to go out to homs. www.sittingconnections.com is my site. There are myrad similar agencies- so what can I do to make my agency stand out? Is the set up of my services the best way for me to make money? Families pay me a placement fee then pay sitter directly at the end of services.

here is an idea, make it free to the families and charge the people that want to advertise their sitting abilities, you can still check them out but make it free to the end user. that might be a better spin.
