"Don't leave it to chance"

I have started a new business RLH Consulting (www.rlhconsulting.co.uk)

I consult to new or existing bars, hotels and restaurants around the world on how to create business and make it profitable! As well how to recover from bankrupcy before it's too late!

I have read so many ideas on here for new concepts and would like to offer my services, so feel free to post replies and I will endeavour to answer the all!

Also as I am based in the UK, I would appreciate feedback on how to reach the US market. In the UK I use 'The Publican' publication that is delivered free throughout the licensed trade. How do you suggest I reach every bar and hotel in your region of the world?

Actually 60% of my business is UK based. The key is to find a partner who knows your market as well as the target market. OE Uk and USA so someone in Ireland who has never traveled outside the country would work.

Just a thought....

Thanks
