"Feedback"

My husband and I are startng up a bakery and cafe. (The Pie Hole) We are in an affluent suburb of Atlanta and we specialize in Pies. Anything and everything that can be a pie.

Examples:

All normal dessert pies
All normal savory pies and
Specialty is Loaded Baked Potato Pie and Chilli Pie

There are more that 200 all together. As well as seasonal.

We may or may not offer mail order from a website. (Shipping is very high for people just for a pie)

We will also have coffee and teas

we offer a cafe dine in environment, carry out and delivery from the pie wagon.

I would love to hear honest feedback. Positive, negative, whatever, even advice.

Do you have a website? I would like to have a look. I like the name of the company, also I would not worry about the price of shipping, people will still buy.

Website is in development right now. We are durrently trying to get the photography and try to simplify my menu.

My "pie bible" has so much (350+ different pies)we need to have like a focus group or something. There is no way we can make so many on a daily basis. There are some that can be made ahead and frozen in shape just not in crust. (My chili pie with corn pudding crust)

So we are kind of swamped right now, funding, location, website etc...

I like the name but we cant get that domain, Do you like "The Pie Hole" or "Atlanta Pie Factory"?

I prefer The Pie Hole, it doesn't limit you if you find sometime in the far future that you have to move.

Edited to add: Have you contacted Sweetie Pie to find out why they don't change their domain name to "sweetiepie.com" it's available.
